As General Manager, I work in close partnership with shareholders, ensuring their vision is reflected in the company's strategic direction. I continuously look for ways to improve the business, make informed strategic decisions, and align execution with long-term goals and stakeholder expectations.

I plan and manage projects for timely delivery and optimal use of resources, supporting concept development and coordinating cross-functional work across business and IT teams. I'm the main point of contact for stakeholders and rollout updates, clear roadblocks, report on progress, and still contribute directly to the frontend when it moves a project forward.

I led the UI/UX team, shaping project concepts and running client workshops, then driving the technical implementation of the resulting interfaces. The focus was prototyping and building highly reusable code across TYPO3, Pimcore and a range of JavaScript frameworks.

I built web applications with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS and React, alongside CMS-based websites. Working within international, cross-cultural teams, I helped improve client satisfaction and long-term retention.

I turned designs from PSD into clean, custom interfaces with HTML, CSS and jQuery, across CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal) and e-commerce (PrestaShop). I used Git for version control, administered ad servers (OpenX) and handled content management in Drupal 7.

In the IT department I delivered service and technical support over RAS/VPN for the Cluj and Bucharest offices, and maintained and developed websites with HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL. In the GPRS department I operated custom software and ran technical support, testing and debugging GPRS equipment.
